Circletime helps you turn your family’s real stories into illustrated books. To do that we handle the details you give us — names, ages, your story, and any photos or descriptions of the people in it.

We use that information only to create your book and run your account. We don’t sell it.

Account details — your email address and sign-in information.

Book content — the names, ages, story text, character descriptions, and any photos you upload to create a book.

Order details — where you’d like a printed book sent, when you place an order.

Basic usage data — information your browser sends, used to keep the service working and secure.

To generate your story and illustrations, and to show you your books.

To print and deliver any books you order.

To keep your library available to you when you sign in.

To contact you about your account or an order.

Your story and character details are sent to our AI providers to write and illustrate your book. They process this content to produce your book and do not use it to train their models on your behalf.

Your books and uploads are stored with our hosting and database providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no service can promise perfect security.

You can view your books in your library, and you can ask us to delete your account and its content at any time.

Circletime is intended for parents and adults. Although our books are made for children, accounts are held by the grown-ups who create them.
